The World Bank Anticorruption Policy

Summary/Abstract: The article is presenting the effort of the World Bank to exert influence on reducing the presence of corruption in the public sector of poor countries in order to carry out the projects of financial and technical help of this international organisation. The presence of corruption in poor countries rejects potential investors, drains budget funds to the private accounts and deepens the gaps between very rich minority and majority of the citizens from the edge of existence.
