Summary/Abstract: This paper starts from the observation that there is a fundamental classifycation of sociological organizations is that between formal and informal organizations. Regarding formal organizations, we choose to present one of the most convincing analyzes of the organizational system structures operates by Amitai Etzioni. On the other hand, the informal interactions between employees may cause a number of psychological or social rewards. These interactions can determine people to develop their own system of norms and values, and a certain type of behavior, all of which being the consequence of the expectations that people invest in each other.
