Summary/Abstract: Katarzyna Waligóra reviews Potlatch directed by Iga Gańczarczyk – the result of working with children aged 7-14 (Bunkier Sztuki Galery, prem. 28 Aug 2015). The author praises the performance for its skilful balancing of the intention to deal with important subjects (economics, the financial crisis, futurology), entering the present social discourse, and activating the element of theatricality and play. According to Waligóra, in the performance the children show their sensitivity and ability of creating valid (though slightly naïve) diagnoses of relationships between power, money and liberty.
