Effect of cooperation with R&D sector on SME’s innovation based on survey

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the role of R&D sector in the development of SMEs, based on the subjective assessments of entrepreneurs. This article aims to assess the existing cooperation of R&D sector in dealing with small and medium-sized enterprises of the Lublin Voivodeship in the years 2010-2013, and support their innovative activity. Part of empirical data derived from statistical information contained the pages of the Central Statistical Office and the surveys carried out in two rounds in the years 2011-2014 on the group of 240 and 254 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the Lublin Voivodeship.
