Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes practical issues of one of the most important regulatory instruments in telecommunications – the reasonable rate of return. The authors aim to find the reasonable rate of return for fixed and mobile operators in Lithuania and finally to derive the consolidated reasonable rate of return (following the principal of technological neutrality).
