Summary/Abstract: The complexity of the modern world requires a description other than what specialized science can offer. This leads to questions of the identifiability of the character and typology of discourse; consequently, the need arises for the researcher’s multiple language competence. It is along these lines that synergies among various methodological models find their way into social studies oriented to complex phenomena; hence, analyses of different methodological tools at different levels become necessary. It is crucial to research language forms in the modern world that reflect the diversity and dynamics of the fragments from which they are constructed and which break down in the course of constant movement. Reflections on issues such as the nature of multiple discourses and their typological identifiability can lead to more global conclusions about the nature of human culture, history, social relationships and personal identity. Analyses of this type can be successfully used as a meta-language that enriches the methodological transfer and communication between the social sciences and the humanities.
