Summary/Abstract: There are uses of verbs, traditionally called ‘speech verbs’ where these verbs become predicates interpreting data — natural signs perceived by humans. Applying a rigorous semantic analysis allows us to understand and explain that there are a metaphorical and an imperfective uses (iterative or restrictive) of predicates of communication, as if the universe talking to us.
