Summary/Abstract: The development of economic sciences had influence on the rise of sustainable and permanent development of economy. The article presents the paradigm of traditional economy and the paradigm of new economy. This second paradigm can be based on: (1) the opposition in relation to the paradigm of the mainstream economy, (2) the new paradigm of the present science and (3) the conception of the entropic-sustainable development. The authors present the didactic function of the sustainable and permanent development of economy. It can be noticed in the language of the discipline, used models, applied didactic methods and prepared textbooks. The authors present a proposal of the conception of such a textbook, too.
