A Relevant Circumstance: The Procedural Place

Summary/Abstract: Exploring the way how the place, time and manner of a hearing are expressed in speech represents the purpose of this paper. Since there is a similar coding of the mentioned circumstances, I found that this influences the court’s declarative act of speech, which has an impact not only on the way of happening, but also on the place of the hearing.
