Summary/Abstract: The main role of environmental law is to mitigate environmental damage and hence to alleviate human suffering. First of all what is sought is to clearly understand ist rules, without losing too much time and energy. By the rules of the surrounding the law reflects the reality and enables man to discipline his conduct. Being created as a regulatory tool in society, law society permanently bound and forced to evolve along with the evolution of society to adapt to all needs of the people. Hence, the right progress with the progress of society and on the other hand, it must be studied in ist evolution in relation to society.
