Part I - general assumptions about work behaviour

Summary/Abstract: This work in two parts aims to present a few observations about the Romanian and the German employee’s work behaviour, which can be used as tools in intercultural trainings. In the first part we will set the theoretical framework and present a few general assumptions about work behaviour. In the second part we will present some Romanian-German critical incidents which will be explained from the perspective of the cultural standards theories.
