Summary/Abstract: It is not too late to learn/teach a foreign language in a heterogeneous classroom at bachelor level if the students’ language-learning potential is considered alive and their emotional response easy to be triggered with the appropriate methods, materials and strategies. Some uncomplicated activities chosen spontaneously by the teacher have proved this, not to speak about the teacher’s passion to put together such working tasks. The reward is great - students come to classes not thinking about their imperfections but about being part of a community with equal chances.
