Summary/Abstract: The dissolution of the principle of authority, confusion of values and moral education crisis causes an increase in personal and interpersonal insecurity and thus an increased state of existential angst. In these circumstances, it seems opportune the configuration of the topic of Human securitization in the horizon of reflective consciousness and personal conduct. The result of this operation is a personalized agenda of human securitization. Such an agenda requires, in my view, a reflective discourse purposeful existential-therapeutic. It is a personal discourse, complementary to disciplinary, empirical-analytic approaches, such as political, legal, sociological, psychological, military-strategic, etc.
