Summary/Abstract: The article contains theoretical reflections about definitions connected with notions of pedagogics of health: health education and health socialization. The author references to a domain of meaning of basic categories of pedagogics. The domain of meaning of health education she references to the conception of A.M. Tchorzewski who takes the notion of education in the widest meaning. The author takes into consideration the question of purposes of health education, too. She watches these purposes in forming positive attitudes towards health. She presumes that an attitude towards health consists of three components. There are knowledge about health, emotional and behavioural components. Behavioural component manifests as human types of behaviour connected with their health.
