Summary/Abstract: In this paper author deals with Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkans - topics on the pages of journal “Al-Manar”, which has been re-established and reformationally oriented and edited by M.R. Rida in Cairo from 1898 - 1935. The author claims that Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkans were elaborated primarily in the framework of topics about the “Eastern question”, as well as topics such as Austria-Hungary and the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1908, then about the Balkan wars, the Sarajevo assassination in 1914, The First World War, etc. This discussion emphasizes that M.R. Rida followed the position of Muslims in the Balkans. Certainly, most of the texts which were about Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Balkans, published in “Al-Manar” were on the level of information, and sometimes were given in specific views and wider positional analysis.
