Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is preliminary research how the functioning of artistic textsin educational discourse affects their conceptualization. This problem is shown on theexample of the fragments of artistic texts posted in school books. This texts contributeto preserve or break old stereotypes and create new cultural patterns – in this way theymould specific didactic image of the world
