Summary/Abstract: Terrorism. One of the most commonly used terms in various international and national conferences and summits on the security and others. The frequent use of the term resides in the fact that this phenomenon started in the early twenty-first century as a challenge, a challenge in the face of which real chances of reduction and removal have not materialized yet. With the development of this international scourge, the weapons, means and modes of manifestation diversified. So, the terrorist groups, in addition to traditional physical attacks made on a target are using a ,,weaponˮ whose effectiveness increases with the expansion, modernization and increasing use of social networks and information, as well as technological innovations. The impact of this ,,weaponˮ, though it is not a direct, or physical one, it is wide and managed to propagate the effects of terrorist activities around the world.
