SOME CONSIDERATIONS ON MORALITY AND JUSTICE IN CONTEMPORARY BUSINESS LAW

Summary/Abstract: As known, the right represents all the rules of conduct imposed on individuals and communities in social life, in some cases even through coercion of the state. In contemporary society that tends more and more to the right uniformity and globalization in general and business law in particular, tends to harmonize individual interests with the general ones. Contemporary society and hence business, live in coexistence and cooperation of its members. Individuals, including elements of society and business, must comply with the rules of coexistence and cooperation necessary to maintain its equilibrium. The times in which we live are themselves trapped in an avalanche of changes. In keeping with this, we need all the intelligence we have. It is often said that law and morality are the keys to the future. Indeed, they are the keys to the future, but a key can be rotated in two directions. Turn it one way and will block future resources from the present, turn it the other way, and you will unlock, and people will find themselves. To realize our true creative potential - our organizations, our schools and communities, including businesses ‒ need to think differently and act differently to one another. We must learn to be creative, but not forget to respect law and morality.
