Evaluation of internal organizational conditions and their impact on entrepreneurial behavior of employees

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to identify how to create organizational conditions supporting intraprenership. The results of empirical studies presented in the article show that organization culture, as well as management in Polish companies do not support much intraprenerial behavior of employees. Empirical studies were conducted in 83 big and medium private and state companies.
