Human side of management. Methodological issues

Summary/Abstract: The author considers the individual and collective forms of social consciousness and referring to them the cognitive categories: cognitive representations; concepts of human nature; social representations and social ideas. The multiplicity of forms of knowledge about man and their influence on the theory and practice of management is an argument for the interdisciplinarity of management sciences. The complementary nature of the research enriches our understanding of organizational reality and gives more opportunities for cooperation with the representatives of other social sciences.
