Strategic collaboration antecedents: diad and network levels

Summary/Abstract: This paper offers a conceptual model of strategic collaboration antecedents. Starting from a critical and systematic literature review the model I developed is based on six assumptions. Antecedents impacting the likelihood of collaboration in the sector have been separated from single firm’s antecedents. The hypothesized impact of variables is different at diadic and network levels.
