Introduction of Unified Legal Regulation as a Pre-Requisite for Improving Quality at Academies

Summary/Abstract: The paper intends to deal with the conditions of legal regulation of monitoring and improving quality in higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina and describe the situation in the region, extracting the most significant successes they achieved in this area. It will also point to the necessity of establishing minimum legal regulations at all levels, both the state and the university one, and will focus on specifics of the group of art studies. The paper strives to provide basic guidelines for establishing legal regulation for improving quality at the academies of University in Sarajevo.
