Summary/Abstract: The design of this article is the display the merits of the categorial approach in the theoretic field of the non-classical logical systems. By schematizing the principal motivation and the basic conceptual tools of the universal logic, which is nested in the category-theoretic tradition, the author tries to summarize the general trends of its future development: from foundational enterprises to practical applications of non-classical logics.
