Summary/Abstract: The importance of intellectual capital in the creation of the organization value justifies the study of satisfaction in this context. The aim of this paper is a theoretical justification for the relationship of components of intellectual capital, including primarily human capital by copyright model “4 K” and work satisfaction. This paper presents the results of job satisfaction surveys carried out in enterprises of the region of Lower Silesia. Accumulated empirical evidence confirms these relationships and provides observations about the application importance for the human capital management.
