Contractual Relationship among the Albanians. Anthropological and Ethnographic Overview

Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with contractual relations among Albanians. The main recourse is based on studies of the anthropologist Branislaw Malinowski, but including also other concepts of foreign anthropologists. Also in the processing and analysis of this material we have also studied all the Albanian canons as the Canon of Lekë Dukagjini, the Canon of Skanderbeg, the Labëria Canon, Canon of Benda, the unwritten 56 articles of Gjomarkaj family, Himarians’ codes. Today, the modern society is in a tight trading, working, legal relationship. There are three terms that we mentioned, that build a healthy economy, a coexistence where people live with the money habit. You do the work, you get paid; Give something, take the money cost, etc. Everywhere in human relationships, the contract stands.
