The European Cohesion Policy after 2014, assumptions, possible solutions, and the potential impact for the development of rural areas in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the results of the negotiations on the multiannual financial framework of the European Union for the period 2014–2020 and their impact on possible directions for the use of EU funds in the light of national proposals for support under the common agricultural policy and cohesion policy. In this context, the article examines the new integrated system for managing EU funds after 2014, as well as the procedures for establishing, and specificity of, the EU budget as a key instrument of European integration for the period 2014–2020. W artykule poddano analizie wyniki negocjacji dotyczących wieloletnich ram finansowych Unii Europejskiej na lata 2014–2020 i ich wpływ na możliwe kierunki wykorzystania funduszu UE w świetle krajowych propozycji wsparcia w ramach wspólnej polityki rolnej i polityki spójności. W tym kontekście artykuł analizuje nowy zintegrowany system zarządzania funduszami UE po 2014 roku, a także procedurę uchwalania i specyfikę budżetu UE jako kluczowego instrumentu integracji europejskiej w okresie 2014–2020.
