THE PREMISES OF IMPLEADING THE CRIMES AGAINST THE PEACE AND SECURITY OF MANKIND

Summary/Abstract: The indictment of crimes against the peace and security of mankind appeared not only in the national legislations, but also inside the international bodies established as a result of the many atrocities committed in the wars of aggression. It must be unanimously admitted that peace is the essential condition of life, and that’s why it must be protected using all the means offered by the criminal law. The crimes against humanity, category that also includes genocide , are defined as grave acts of violence committed on a large scale, with a yearlong evolution. The atrociousness of these serious violations of the right to life, is the main reason for impleading crimes against the peace and security of mankind.
