Summary/Abstract: Human Resource Management requires a policy of continuous improvement activities of all employees in order to achieve organizational mission and goals. The exercise of such management requires, as a primary condition, that each manager be a behavioral model approach. Managerial actions take into account each employee as a separate individual, with specific characteristics. The successful application of Human Resources Management infers the existence of a performance and evaluation management systems, an incentive system to reward employees and outcomes. Arguably, Human Resource Management Policy is defined as all strategic and operational activities (planning, recruitment and retention of staff), and creating an appropriate organizational climate that enables human resources to achieve organizational objectives.
