Summary/Abstract: The intention of the paper is to focus on M. J. Rumi’s prologue to oblivion of the primordial in the historical perception within the historical memory of his words. The endless richness of Rumi’s words is manifested in this eternal closeness to life. Revealing a new world behind the curtains of the material means to always be on a quest for Truth, Kindness and Beauty In the endless forms of their manifestations, what is uncovered is the man-pilgrim-traveller, saliq – one Source. Rumi’s thought is a powerful understanding of the Ratio and the understanding of man’s spiritual exile. Rumi’s poetry is about a dismembered world with no force of Love. In the era of post-metaphysical thought, in the modern civilisation that has banished all that is transcendental and sacred, in a world disrobed to the point of being naked and swamped with products, Rumi’s poetic thought is of historical importance in terms off being a wake-up call from the “technological dream that has come true”.
