Summary/Abstract: In our country, a decrease in the number of pupils is recorded annually, especially in the secondary system of education, due to a decrease in the amount of expenses allocated to education in households' budget, and to the use of young members of the family (children) in exercising lucrative activities. School abandonment, a defective infrastructure, an improper family environment from the point of view of insuring minimal living conditions are phenomena determined mainly by the low standard of living and are more acutely felt in the rural area. Being confronted with the impossibility of finalizing their studies, being deprived from an adequate family environment, from the point of view of having insured a minimal living conditions, these future adults will be among the unemployed or among those who obtain sporadic incomes. I consider that investing in education is the most important link between employment rate, with an increase in productivity, hence an economic increase.
