EMPLOYMENT AND VOCATIONAL INTEGRATION

Summary/Abstract: Professional integration provides the assimilation into the professional environment and adaptation to the group requests. The integration process is being processed over three phases: information, ownership and involvement. In the information phase the individual learns about the job objectives and the concrete ways for achieving them. Among the tools used in the integration process we mention encountering and designating a mentor. In conducting the process of Professional integration are involved tasks and responsibilities and formal or informal “actors”: the department of human resources, managers, training personnel the mentor, colleagues and previous holders of the post.
