Summary/Abstract: We will focus our study on the USA's constitutional Bill of Rights, the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, the European Convention of Human Rights. Our analysis will focus on the similarities and differences that exist in the judicial review activity of the courts competent to assess human rights legal disputes.
