Summary/Abstract: The article reports the international conference "The Geographies of Art History in the Baltic Region" held in Tallinn 27-28 November 2009 and organised by the Institute of Art History of Estonian Academy of Art. The event aimed to elucidate the field of art history in the Baltic region and changes from the early 20th century up to the present, with participants from Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Finland.
