Summary/Abstract: The culture of the school is based on evaluations, through which the formal or informal evaluation of the other influences the teacher-student relationship, as well as the school climate. The teacher.s evaluation has many complex functions that induce tensions between the objectives related to students. development and objectives related to knowledge certification and social security. In this tense context, the evaluation errors, either technical or deontological, could lead to school micro violence, which consequently influences the learning results, the wellbeing of students and teachers and generates an unhealthy school climate. Several researches approach the issue of school climate in the field of educational psychology. The present research studies the specific issue of the micro violence related to the educational evaluation. The results of the research indicate significant differences between school climates in heoretical vs. technological upper secondary schools, related to demographical characteristics, personality traits and evaluated learning outcomes. The research results allow a more accurate explanation of the mechanisms which generate this particular form of school violence and constitute a basis for psychological preventive counseling programs for students and training programs for teachers.
