Summary/Abstract: The use of an electronic system for monitoring of administrative and non-administrative procedure “DocuNova 2” is, as mentioned above, affected the increase in the efficiency of the municipal administration, which was the goal when we started the project of establishing a Centre for the provision of services to citizens. Easier tracking and monitoring of solving the case, the greater part of the operational management of documents, and facilitate analysis and creating various reports, are evidence of the justification of these applications. Given the importance of the organization and the degree of accuracy of the office work on the development of e-Government allows citizens and businesses a whole new way of communicating and conducting business without physically going from office to office, it is necessary to point out the need to streamline the legal framework that would specifically define the use of the electronic Technology in office management. Until then, for us to direct perpetrators is to consistently and accurately take electronic records in line with the prescribed official records and internal procedures to arrange parallel conduct electronic and of official records. The efficiency, operability, but also significant savings in time are significantly increased.
