Summary/Abstract: External Service of the Archive of Tuzla canton and other archives in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the past nearly two and a half decades of activity, constantly mobile on the protection of archives in the making. Whether it's about saving and protection of archival materials from the effects of war or subsequent negative impacts of the transition process, the role of external agencies archives, in a timely, professional and professional activities in the field of protection of archive material was crucial. no doubt to the extent of suffering records and without the active participation of external agencies, were significantly higher. The 2014 Foreign service archive tuzla Canton was particularly successful in the examination of mobility, expertise and professionalism with regard to protection of archives in extraordinary circumstances, threatened by fire and water. after thanking their appropriate professional involvement in the field of rescue and protection of archival materials from the effects of fire and flood, it can be concluded that significant amounts of archival materials saved from certain destruction. Through early involvement in solving each situation concretely, observing the situation on the ground, identifying priorities for action, giving expert guidance, providing expert assistance in the field, and continuous presence in the field fate endangered archival material is made far more certain. The success of the rescue plan and protection of archives in exceptional circumstances, the result is good and mutual cooperation with external service archive records agencies, which was built decades. This cooperation gave rise to the educated and professional archivist, with a highly developed awareness of the importance of archives. in such circumstances, taking into account the profession, colleagues from the registry are followed in detail all the technical instructions, resulting in saving significant amounts of archival materials, which are significantly alleviated suffering the consequences of creating agencies.
