Summary/Abstract: The development and universal access to modern information and communication technologies have contributed to the popularization of interactive devices. Solutions tailored to individual customer needs have become an indispensable condition for the development of competitive advantage. The main objective of the publication is to provide an innovative project in the area of public transport – Poland’s first outdoor media stop. The paper presents the functionality of the applied tools dedicated to business customers. For the purpose of achieving the aim of the paper, desk research studies were conducted along with direct interview with the co-founder of GLIP Ltd. – the originator and creator of the presented information and communication solutions. The publication is of research and analysis character and the presented case study can provide a contribution to the in-depth research in the area of technology start-ups.
