Summary/Abstract: Significant changes in Serbia in the field of justice occurred in early 2010 when it started with the implementation of a set of laws in the field of justice that were approved in late 2008. The state of Serbia has announced high standards for judges, prosecutors and their choice. This establishes a significant new organization of courts and prosecutors’ offices, and introduce new types of courts. In general, we expect a significant reform of the judiciary, which will aim to effective judicial power. Archives of Užice readily welcomed changes in the organization of the judiciary, registered the new artists and recorded changes in order to protect very important archival material created by the judicial authorities. This paper will analyze the Court that serves as a basic process in the process of document creation, protection and delivery of judicial documents to the archives.
