Economic effects of recieving material of companies in bankruptcy

Summary/Abstract: The acquisition and disposition of income is a significant stimulating measure for employees and a great benefit for the institution. Regardless of the economic and social consequences of the closure of one debtor, the archivist’s work must be adequately charged. And archives, as budgetary institutions, must have the attribute of partial economic independence, which slightly affects the creation of the authority of the institution. One should not expect that the founder or the state provides the necessary infrastructure for the functioning of the institution. Although the state has indicated total control of own income of its institutions from 2014, we hope that the archives will not lose their income. Also, the bankruptcy proceedings of economic legal entities are at the end, so the income will be largely reduced.
