Summary/Abstract: For a long time there is a visible trend in the ordinary course of business enterprises increasingly rely on new technology. The development of information technology has led to the fact that today more and more from the use ejects the paper and rely on electronic records. Soon will these issues affect the business archives. The questions are: How does the record electronic records in the possession of the creator? How to evaluate electronic records that have no equivalent in the paper? How to store electronic records, if you are changing the media on which the records are kept and machines that allow readability?
