Summary/Abstract: The commented chapter of the Code of Medical Ethics (CME) refers to one of the specific issuesin physician’s activities, namely procreation. This chapter includes three provisions, in additionto general rules of medical conduct, in relation to the patient in an extremely delicate situation,that of transmission human life. The CME individual provisions have been analyzed in detail.
