Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to present the essence and importance of the various aspects of managing customer relationships from the perspective of relational capital building. The realization of the objective to help was to show the essence of inter-organizational relations, the process of creating relationships with clients, capacity and competence relational conducive to building relational capital. The article presents the results of surveys on factors existing in the enterprise and affecting the development of relational capital of the company.
