Relational norms in the process of cooperation between small and medium enterprises

Summary/Abstract: Volatility of the business environment affects the intensity of business relationships and the development of cooperation within which the ability to create lasting relationships is believed to be. The aim of this paper is to present the study on the basis of empirical research literature and the importance of relational norms in the process of interaction of small and medium enterprises. This study also tries to answer the question if building lasting relationships and norms supporting them is a tool to facilitate the development of cooperation?
