Summary/Abstract: The present interview introduces „Pentru Voi” (“For You”) Sheltered Unit where 44 people with intellectual disabilities work and describes the social and legislative issues that hold back the unit. Also, Ms. Laila Onu talks about the ingredients for a successful social economy endeavor: tailoring products to market needs, maintaining a close connection with customers and providing employees with continuous training programs.
