Taxonomic and econometric method of real estate valuation for various classification measures

Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the article is to propose a procedure of real estate evaluation that encompasses both econometric and taxonomic approach. Polish regulations allow for using statistical methods of property valuation. However, they do not precise what kind of methods and in what legal and economic situations those methods can be used. Thearticle is built on earlier work on the proposed taxonomic and econometric method of property valuation. For the procedure proposed in the earlier work, the impact of various classification measures on the valuation is studied. The purpose of this article is to examine whether the use of different methods of classification changes results of valuation.
