Summary/Abstract: Organization of the physical work environment in office has a direct impact on the effectiveness of processes, staff motivation and customer service. Disorganization and chaos in the workplace leads to a waste of times, stress, errors and reduced productivity. This paper aims to present the basic principles and benefits of Lean 5S tool use. Also propose an algorithm to achieve sustainability of the results of its application to the example of an office for administrative services.
