Summary/Abstract: During the last few decades, different concepts have appeared in organizational science, essentially focusing on different options relevant for a more efficient use of human resources in organizations. They include the organizational citizenship behavior concept and the organizational justice concept among others. For the purpose of promoting the two concepts, unjustifiably neglected in domestic literature and almost unrecognizable in the practice of organizations in Serbia, the aim of this paper is to emphasize the nature and importance of those forms of behavior advocated by these concepts, as well the role of managers in their promotion and nurturing.
