The controversy over the category of „good regulation”

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to show how determined and assessed good regulation at the level of individualprojects and what is the opinion of Polish lawmaking process. It is based on a critical evaluationof publications, paying particular attention to the application of the criteria and indicators used byinternational institutions, in particular the OECD.The main result of the study is that in a number of methodological approaches verified thereare no results for Polish. Thus, we can conclude that Poland do not participated in these research,we do not have databases and we are not especially interested in their results. Therefore, it isdifficult to expect that the process of law will lead to stimulating competitiveness and economicgrowth of our country.
