The model of continually developing e-learning resources

Summary/Abstract: Educational society needs for e-learning resources are analyzed in this paper. The model of developing elearning resources continually under collaboration is presented; the procedures and tools for quality development of e-learning material are proposed. The architecture of the system under development is presented, and various system components as well. The solution how collaborative resources can be adapted to individual needs is proposed.
