Summary/Abstract: The 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action between Islamic Republic of Iran from the one side and on the other - the five nuclear weapons States and Germany with the High Representative of the European Union was critically analysed. This legal instrumentis unmatched in the modern international treaty law and its success or failure will affect the prospects for peaceful use of nuclear energy and creation of a world without nuclear weapons.
